Birchstone Crest offers digital design services including luxury logo creation, 3D logo designing, visual identity systems, branding assets, and other related creative solutions. All services are delivered digitally unless specifically noted. We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without prior notice. Existing in-progress projects will not be affected by such changes, and all services will be delivered as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
All original designs, concepts, drafts, and creative materials produced by Birchstone Crest remain our intellectual property unless a specific written agreement states otherwise. Clients are granted usage rights for the final approved design solely for their business purposes. Unauthorized resale, duplication, alteration, or distribution of our work is prohibited. We also retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social platforms unless the client submits a written request for confidentiality.
All payments must be made in full before final files are released to the client. Deposits and partial payments, when applicable, are non-refundable due to the time and creative effort invested from the start of the project. Birchstone Crest is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete payments. Any additional design revisions or services requested beyond the agreed package may result in extra fees, which will be communicated clearly before proceeding.
Each service package includes a specified number of revisions. Requests beyond the included limit may incur additional charges. Due to the creative and digital nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered once work has begun. If a client cancels a project after concepts or drafts have already been delivered, no refund will be issued. Lack of communication or delayed responses from the client may result in project pauses or termination.
Birchstone Crest is not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the use or misuse of our services or designs. This includes but is not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or reputation. While we strive for accuracy and high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or legal protection for logo or brand usage. Clients are responsible for trademark registration and ensuring their chosen branding does not infringe on existing marks.
Some design processes may involve tools, software, or resources provided by third-party platforms. Birchstone Crest is not responsible for the performance, reliability, errors, policy changes, downtime, or limitations of any external services. Clients agree to comply with the terms and usage guidelines of any third-party tools that may be used during the design and delivery process.
We collect only the information necessary to complete your project, such as name, email address, brand details, and design requirements. All client information is kept confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties, except when required under California state law. We follow industry-standard practices to safeguard your data and ensure responsible handling of all personal and business information.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. These include the right to request access to stored data, ask for deletion of personal information, and inquire about how data is used. Birchstone Crest complies with all state-required privacy obligations and will respond to verified consumer requests in accordance with California law.
